Presenter Micheal Fabey will discuss US Naval challenges and strategies in the 21st century, from the supercarriers to the confrontations in the Pacific. Mr. Fabey is a preeminent defense journalist who has reported on military and naval affairs for National Geographic Traveler, The Economist Group, Defense News, Aviation Week, and Janes for over 40 years. He is the recipient of many reporting awards including the prestigious Timothy White Award (in 2014) for exemplary leadership. 

The discussion will be moderated by Dr. Mark Meirowitz, Humanities Professor.
