In collaboration with Maritime College’s Women on the Water Club, the Women Offshore Foundation will host a 1-day conference for cadets and students.

The event will be held at the Maritime Academic Center (MAC), Maritime College. Keynote Speaker will be MARAD Administrator Admiral Ann Phillips. As head of the Maritime Administration, Phillips advises and assists the Secretary of Transportation on commercial maritime matters, to include the movement of goods, supply chain, as well as the U.S. maritime industry, environment and compliance, ports and waterways infrastructure, and strategic sealift.
