Facilities Maintenance

The Facilities department receives and processes work request orders daily for all concerns within the Maritime College campus. The overall goals are to schedule and complete these services in a timely manner. To successfully achieve this goal, complete the Work Order Request Form in its entirety.

Operational Hours  

With the exception of holidays, the Facilities/Maintenance department is staffed Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  After regular business hours or on weekends, please contact the RA on duty to report all work order concerns. The RA on-duty contact information is posted in the lobby of each residential hall. If the RA cannot be reached, students may directly call the Power Plant at 718-409-7315 or (cell) 347-398-2173. 

Emergency Service Request

For urgent requests (i.e. water leak, heat or light outages, etc.) please contact the Office of Residential Life at 718-409-7488 during operational hours, Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Outside of Residential Life operational hours, please contact the RA on duty.
