SUNY Maritime’s campus is an excellent venue to host your event. Whether you plan on holding a private business conference, meeting or summer camp, our facilities provide an exceptional environment for the success of your event.

Maritime College Campus Facilities Include

  • State-of-the-Art Academic & Conference Center featuring multi-purpose rooms with flexible configurations accommodating 42 to 360 people; 13 classrooms equipped with SMART technology; and one meeting room

  • Special Events Banquet Room that accommodates up to 176 people

  • Student Activity Banquet Room that accommodates up to 60 people

  • Lecture Hall that seats up to 220 people

  • Dining Hall that accommodates up to 499 people

  • 2 computer labs with a total of 48 PCs

  • 1100 double dorm bedrooms, which may also be used as singles

  • Several outdoor playing fields, including a brand new, regulation size astro-play field

  • 6 lane, 25 yard heated pool

  • 1 baseball field, regulation size

  • 100 ft. x 100 ft. gym, which includes 2 basketball courts side-by-side or 1 varsity basketball court

Recreational Facilities

Our spacious athletic fields, swimming pool, gymnasium, and waterfront lawns allow for a variety of activities and are ideal for summer camp rentals, which can be held at our private campus.

Any type of food service available during your event must be catered by Chartwells Catering.

Rental Requirements

Certificate of Insurance reflecting general liability of one million per occurrence and two million in the aggregate. SUNY Maritime College must be listed as additional insured.
