In College

You will begin to make the transition into adulthood, and it may be the first time you’ve been away from home. Maritime has a team of people who are here help you navigate the changes, and adjust to life on campus.

  • Orientation is a day-long program over the summer for incoming students to learn about life at Maritime, get questions answered, and meet classmates.

  • Student Activities houses and advises all student clubs. We have more than 30, and you can always start your own.

  • Housing and Residential Life is in charge of life in the residence halls and helps student resident advisors coordinate and plan events for students.

    • If you choose to live off-campus, here’s what you need to know.

  • Title IX helps promote a welcoming campus environment and prevent all forms of sexual misconduct.

  • Health Services and Mental Health Counseling is here to keep you healthy.

  • Judicial Services oversees student disciplinary procedures and ensures that processes are fair to all students.

  • Veteran and Military Affairs helps veterans and active-duty military students adjust to life on campus and navigate their benefits.

Campus Ministries supports students who want to stay connected to their faith or explore others.
