If your children love to rock out and have fun in the water, this is the class for them. Aerobics is one of the healthiest ways to slim down and tone up, and in the water, it's a lot more fun. Water exercise can improve strength and flexibility by using the water's resistance, leading to better muscular endurance and balance. Water aerobics also improves cardiovascular conditioning.

The child must be able to stand in the pool.
